The Terms of Sale are an integral part of AE Car Detailing's Terms of Use and constitute additional terms that all Users or guests must adhere to when using the Service. By booking online or via phone with AE Car Detailing, you are required to review and accept the terms and conditions of the booking before scheduling an appointment. AE Car Detailing offers different car detailing options for different car types. Prices and detail package contents are subject to change at AE Car Detailing's discretion at any time; all such changes will be reflected on www.aecardetailing.com
Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. AE Car Detailing has a no refund policy; all sales are FINAL. AE Car Detailing accepts cash, checks, debit, and credit cards. Any Card Declined will lead AE Car Detailing to ask the customer to find a solution for the payment of the service provided. AE Car Detailing will start a collection process 48 hours after getting the customer’s credit card refused.
Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing. AE Car Detailing will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle, or to the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area, and if you feel otherwise, please communicate your concerns with your car detailing specialist. All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service. We reserve the right to take debit or credit card details to secure the booking. Debit/credit cards shall be processed by AE Car Detailing. We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels, and/or weather conditions, and/or machinery or equipment failure. AE Car Detailing reserves the right to charge an hourly rate of $100 (or proportion there of) for any work that is not within the boundaries of the booking at the discretion of AE Car Detailing. A minimum 20% surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.
A 10% deposit is required to secure your spot in our schedule. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee helps cover the time and resources reserved for your appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled one or more times and is subsequently canceled, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This policy helps us account for the resources and time allocated to accommodate your scheduling changes. Failing to show up for your appointment without prior notification will result in a charge of the full-service amount. This policy ensures fairness to our team and other clients who may have wanted the appointment slot.
If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone (717-753-4253), or text message (717-753-4253). Pictures of the area must be texted within 24 hours of the claim being made.
Due to traffic or exceptional circumstances, our technician might arrive late. Please allow a 30-60 minute arrival window for jobs booked online or by phone. AE Car Detailing shall do its best to let you know about any delay of delivery.
Customers shall give AE Car Detailing access to the vehicle during the detail job and any additional mutually agreed upon times. Please make sure the keys to the vehicle are available to us. This document insures that you authorize us to operate and to move your vehicle, as necessary to do so determined by our AE Car Detailing technician.

AE Car Detailing reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Terms of Service will be listed in this section, AE Car Detailing does not make any commitment to update the materials.
